Analysis of the SABA project‘s influence in rural water and sanitation policies
The SABA PLUS project is in the last phase, thus it is important to analyse its effects and impact on influencing the instruments and political framework for increasing sustainable and effective access to water and sanitation in rural Peru. This is a report by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation and gives details of the procedures and activities required to obtain this information and analysis.
The analysis must take into account all prior information from the SDC’s earlier water and sanitation projects: the Propilas project, SANBASUR and the SABA Scaling up.
Given all of SABA’s accumulated experience, it is worth conducting an analysis of the SABA PLUS project to show its learning and contribution and policy influence to the rural water and sanitation field and the changes produced in the target communities.
