In Bolivia, natural disasters affect 350’000 persons and cause economic losses of 450 million dollars US per year. The documentary produced and directed by Martin Moll, is based on the results of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperationprogram in Bolivia: Program for Disaster Risk Reduction (PRRD), showing evidence that it is possible to adapt to climate change.
